EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2021
Many major carriers have updated their shipping policies to prohibit parcel shipments of certain products, broadly including products intended for vaping (e.g. cartridges, disposable vape products, mouthpieces & batteries). These policy changes are not directed at or specific to KushCo Holdings or its subsidiaries, but will apply to ALL parties who ship vape-related products.
As a trusted partner serving the cannabis industry, KushCo has you covered! The majority of our vape shipments (palletized freight) should NOT be impacted by the new restrictions. If you have been ordering vape products via ordinary parcel shipments, please contact your KushCo sales representative to ensure your supply is not disrupted.
Recent regulatory restrictions related to electronic vaping devices, including the Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act of 2020, has caused many major carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL to revise their policies to prohibit parcel shipments of ALL electronic cigarettes and their component parts—including any other similar device that relies on vaporization or aerosolization.
In observance of these changes, effective March 1, 2021, KushCo Holdings and its subsidiaries will no longer ship any vape products via parcel shipments. However, as noted above we will continue to ship vape products via freight. To be eligible to ship vape goods by freight, your orders including Vape products must contain a minimum of one hundred fifty (150) pounds or meet the payment minimum freight rate to deliver such products.
Please contact your KushCo sales representative with any questions and to discuss ordering strategies to ensure a steady, uninterrupted supply of your vape products.
Thank you for your business and continued support!
